Although we don't cater for you hardcore CoD gamers, we do offer lots of interesting 'real world' games, from the standard Dungeons and Dragons range to more esoteric strategy board games. If you like strategy, and coming via the BBC CoD site, that kind of goes without saying, then we HIGHLY recommend some of the board games we stock such as:
VINCI - the rise and fall of empires in ancient europe - never the same game twice. Our top favourite. Been playing for almost 10 years, and it still doesnt loose its edge. NO dice, just your skill and judgement!
Euphrates and Tigris - a very clever tile placing game that is strategy heavy. Set in the 'cradle of civilisation'.
TORRES - outbuild and outwit your opponents int he rush to inherit a kingdom.
We also stock Axis and Allies, so if you want that WWII fix on a tabletop, you don't have a problem!
