A First Class Murder - Hercule Poirot Murder Game
Flossie Carrington had it all - young and beautiful, heiress to an American steel empire and married to a handsome ex-Guards officer. But the nation was shocked by the discovery of her body, stuffed under the seat of a first-class compartment on the Plymouth Express. She had been stabbed to death and her fabulously expensive jewels stolen. Flossie's father promptly called in Hercule Poirot to investigate. And now he has summoned all those concerned with the case to reveal what really happened that fateful afternoon. One - or more - of you around this table is a murderer and your task is to discover who that is. The suspects are: EBENEZER HALLIDAY - Flossie's father, a self-made millionaire whose wealth was built on steel-plants in America. RUPERT CARRINGTON - Flossie's husband, a devil-may-care playboy from the upper echelons of British society. LADY SWANSEA - The owner of Avonmead Court, where Flossie was travelling when she was murdered. JESSICA LYLE - Flossie's half-sister, who shared a mother with Flossie, but none of her good fortune. COUNT DE LA ROCHEFOUR - An irrestibly attractive French nobleman, whose name was once linked to Flossie. MARIE DE MIGNON - One of the most beautiful women in Paris society and currently the companion of Count de la Rochefour. ALEC SIMPSON - A Scottish engineer who discovered Flossie's body. JANE MASON - A cockney girl who was Flossie's maid and accompanied her mistress on that last journey. The game includes invitations: simply choose which of your friends play which devious suspect and invite them to come along as that character. Also included are menu suggestions, recipes and of course, a really tasty murder to solve! It will be drop-dead fun, and by the end of the evening, one (or more) of your friends will be caught out as the murderer! For 6 to 8 players
