Shipping Information
We have changed our UK shipping options. We now offer three classes of UK post:
Special Delivery - next day service guaranteed by Royal Mail to be delivered the next working day after posting, by 3pm. We are able to post 95% of these the same day, if you order by noon, and usually post same day if ordered before 4pm.
1-2 day service. Our 1-2 day service usually ships same day as you order if you order before noon, and uses 1st class post, so its a 1 day service (subject to usual post office delays -if you need guaranteed next day, choose that option) - but we've had to increase the prices for this service. So if you need your games fast, you will have to pay a bit extra. Why? well, Legendgames is a small family run business, and we have family commitments that are making it hard to ship all orders same day. By delaying orders, we hope to save you money and enable us to be a little more flexible around our family ties. We hope you understand.
3-5 day service. Our 3 to 5 day service is significantly cheaper than our old 2nd class service, so you will see savings on any order with this shipping option. However, it might take up to 3 days to ship your order, and a further 3-5 for delivery with Royal Mail. So its cheap but it might take a wnile to get to you.
International Post:
We post using Royal Mail Air Mail. We cannot ship > 2kg using this service. If you get an error saying 'exceded shipping tables' thenyour order is too heavy, and we suggest you break it into two or more orders - sorry but that is the only way to do it!
International shipping usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
Tracking:
There is no tracking available unless you used Special Delivery.
