|Making A Purchase Browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We only accept credit or debit card payment, which will be billed to you in UK Pounds, which your bank will convert to your currency if applicable.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling All postage prices include packing, handling and postage charges. If you wish to upgrade your packaging, please add 'boxed packaging' to your order.|
|Delivery Schedule All orders placed before noon will usually be posted same day. In most cases, we post orders within 1 working day of payment. Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times, which are down to your postal service. UK first class is usually 1 day, 2nd class is 2 days, standard parcel is 3-5 working days. Air Mail is usually a 3 to 5 working day service.|
|Back Orders Our stock system is pretty accurate, but in the rare case an item is not available, we usually let you know and ask if you want an alternative. Failing that, we refund the item cost and any associated postage to your card. We occasionally hold your order if we know a re-stock is due within a couple of days.|
|Tax Charges We will be VAT registered from 1st March 2015.|

|Returns Policy NOTE: We cannot offer a refund on digital downloads - once its downloaded, we cnnot refund the payment.|
Although we offer a 30 day return-for-refund gurantee in the UK, please CONTACT US before you make any returns. If the item is damaged or incomplete, we will refund / replace on return of goods, and we will pay return postage. If its your error, we will NOT cover return postage or replacement postage. If the item has been opened or used we will charge a 25% re-stocking fee.
